Busch-Welcome 3.10.5

Experience the door communication of your Welcome system on your smartphone or tablet. With the Welcome app, all calls are seamlessly transferred directly to your mobile device, ensuring you never miss a door call again. This allows you to both see and hear who is at your door.

To get started, simply connect the app to your Welcome system through your myBUSCH-JAEGER/myABB-LivingSpace account. More details regarding the configuration and registration of your IP-Gateway can be found at: IP-Gateway Configuration Information.

Preconditions:

• Welcome door communication system with a configured IP-Gateway 83341, 83341-500, 83341, 83341-500, with the latest software (SW) version.
• Portal registration is required at busch-jaeger.de or abb-livingspace.com.
• For internet usage: IP-Gateway must be connected via DSL 6000 or better.
• For internet usage: Mobile device must be connected via 3G/UMTS or WLAN, requiring a data plan that supports voice over IP (VoIP) such as a flat rate.

Functions:

• Audio and video communication (app needs to run in the background)
• Door-opening capabilities
• Ability to control lights remotely
• Access to the most recent entries in the door call history list (note that the list has a limited number of entries and editing is only possible through the portal)
